Conference Venue
The conference will be held at the Department of Mathematics, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), 126 Pracha Uthit Road, Bang Mot, Thung Khru, Bangkok 10140, Thailand.
Please note that KMUTT has more than one campus. When arranging transportation, specify the Bangmod campus on Pracha Uthit Road.
Traveling to Bangkok
Bangkok is served by Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang International Airport (DMK). Participants may continue to the venue or their accommodation by airport taxi, ride-hailing service, or a combination of rail and local transportation.
Travel tip: Allow extra travel time during peak hours and keep the venue address available in both English and Thai for your driver.
Getting to KMUTT
Taxi and ride-hailing services are the most direct options for reaching the Bangmod campus. Bangkok's public transportation can also be used for part of the journey, followed by a taxi or local bus to the campus. Detailed daily transfer guidance will be added when the final conference rooms are announced.
Accommodation
Heliconia House is KMUTT's hotel and serviced apartment, located within the university's Bangmod campus. Staying there offers convenient access to the conference venue. Room types, availability, rates, and reservation information are available on the Heliconia House website.
Participants may also stay in the Bangmod, Thung Khru, Rama II, or nearby central Bangkok areas, depending on whether they prefer proximity to the venue or easier access to the city centre. Any additional recommended hotels or negotiated conference rates will be published here when available.
Sharing a room: Participants may consider sharing a room with a colleague or another participant to reduce accommodation costs. Please coordinate with your intended roommate and confirm the room's occupancy policy and any additional charges directly with the accommodation provider before booking.
- Book early, as December is a popular travel period in Bangkok.
- Confirm the distance and estimated travel time to KMUTT's Bangmod campus before booking.
- Check the hotel's cancellation policy and whether breakfast and taxes are included.
- Make reservations directly with the hotel or through a trusted booking provider.
Visa and Entry Requirements
Entry requirements depend on nationality and length of stay and may change. International participants should check the current requirements with a Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate before booking travel. If you require an invitation letter after registration, please contact the organizing committee.
